Genesis owns and operates four crude by rail terminals in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Our terminals are uniquely positioned to provide an array of terminaling and distribution options for a growing number of crude by rail customers. Since 2012, we have been serving refineries and producers’ crude by rail needs. Our facilities handle a wide variety of crude oils from Canadian crude to crude from shale plays in the U.S. By combining our rail terminals with our other business segments (i.e., pipeline, marine, and trucking), we provide our customers a full suite of logistical services and the optionality to move crude in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
