K-1 Tax Packages 

The 2025 Genesis Energy, L.P. tax packages are expected to be available online at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis by March 6, 2026.  Physical copies of the tax packages will also be mailed at that time.  Please note, receipt of a tax package is not proof of ownership in Genesis Energy, L.P.

The 2025 Form K-3s will be available online only at www.taxpackagesupport.com/genesis as of June 30, 2026.

Qualified Notice per Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4)

This is a qualified notice to nominees as provided for under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4) and (d). Please note that 100 percent of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business. Accordingly, all of Genesis Energy’s distributions to foreign investors are subject to federal income tax withholding at the highest applicable effective tax rate. Nominees are treated as withholding agents responsible for withholding distributions received by them on behalf of foreign investors.
